Some years agao Cofiwn held a meeting in Village of Trefenter with purpose of exciting the local people enough to want to see an 1826 Memorial raised. The Meeting was packed but there was a 'no' to any memorial, outside a local came up to us and told us why he thought there was such a local negative view. The truth of the matter was the local Village School was under threat of closure and the support of local 'English Incomers' to keep it open was much needed. The irony is in only a matter of Months the School was closed and today is an home or possibly Holiday Cottage for 'English Incomer' or Tourist? There is would you believe it a memorial on Mynydd Bach but not for the heroic Peasantry who fought for their land in Enclosure Riots known as 'The War of the Little Englishman' but for local poets. This tells you much about the Credigion 'Crachach Newydd' today, forget history in case it interferes with their grant grabbing. Surely England's Client Tribe! Thus our 'Partisan Cymru Adfywiad Activists' ceative protest as seen in fotos below>
